This architectural, split level home by Vanderstaay Innovative Building and Design, is orientated to capture cooling breezes to cross ventilate the house. No site is too difficult to build on.  This Phillip Island home built above a sand dune on poles, is designed by us to capture the views of the reserve on Phillip Island. Corrugated iron used to clad the home reflects specific lighting of the day. Vanderstaay Builders use simple, innovative, sustainable materials wherever possible.
