This innovative, architecturally designed home on Phillip Island has northern orientation which maximises the penetration of the winter sun to warm the house naturally. Its solar aspects create a low energy home.  It is modular in design, which keeps costs to a minimum (or which suits the budget). The main feature of this Moonah Dunes home is a generous tilt up door which opens up onto the decking.
