This home is a distinguished example of how architecture can transform ordinary to extraordinary. Vanderstaay innovative building and design used economical,ordinary materials in extraordinary ways. The owners wanted a high Energy Rated home and to work with nature. It has a thermally efficient concrete slab and double glazed windows throughout. The home is naturally lit during the day and is designed with open plan living.
